GALLERY
This site features some of my work over the years, though it is not a complete gallery. If you’re looking for my work, almost all of it is available on FurAffinity, which is my primary gallery.
COMMISSIONS
This site is also my main hub for commissions and sales. If you are interested in commissioning me for artwork, have a look through the steps and information below.
TIERS
I have organized my offerings into different categories; the biggest difference between them all is how much time is spent on a piece of art. Starting with Tier 1 (the least amount of time) up to Tier 9 (the most amount of time). More time spent will have a greater cost.
SPECIALTY OFFERINGS
‘Specialty’ Tiers are simply specific kinds of products that can be completed in any style. These are typically complicated pieces, but they don’t have to be. Ref Sheets can be done in a simple, sketch style for example.
QUESTIONS?
If you have any questions, or if you feel your idea falls between Tiers, please feel free to reach out and negotiate! My prices are not locked in stone.
I APPRECIATE YOU
Art is not only a job for me, but also a lot of fun! … At least, it should be! I take great pride in making sure clients get everything they wanted and more with every commission. Your ideas are as important to me as they are to you.
THIS SITE CONTAINS ADULT THEMES AND DEPICTIONS
ABSOLUTELY NO MINORS.
All artwork herein depicts characters 18 years old or older.
ABOUT KAF! Studios
Who am I?
I’m KB, the foxcat!
I am an artist, writer and fursuiter who enjoys creating furry art in a variety of styles and themes. My favorite subject is transformation (especially mtf tg/tf). I deeply enjoy that delicate intersection between male and female; erotic and flirty. I love all things pink, neon and girly; tight and squeaky, but also frilly and poofy. I love cyberpunk and retrowave but also gothic and somber. I tend to shy away from the hardcore stuff, but I appreciate most themes and fetishes.
My friends nicknamed me ‘krossbreeder’ due to my crossdress and TF passions, and the name stuck :3 I’m what I would call a Silver Age furry. I made my debut on Yiffco.com, which pre-dates even the VCL, and I began my artistic career with Kreate-A-Fur! Studios (KAF!), which was founded in 2001. Since then I can be found on virtually all gallery and social media sites under the same ‘KrossBreeder’ name.
I am almost always open to discuss commissions and projects. However, I am frequently overbooked with work. Please feel free to reach out with any commission questions and I will get back to you as soon as possible! The best way to get ahold of me is via Telegram, or email.
What do I do?
I am an illustrator who enjoys creating furry and fantasy art in a variety of styles and themes, with a particular love for transformation and TF/TG themes… though I do far more than that. I tend to work mostly in digital mediums (Photoshop, etc), though I began my career with traditional tools (oil, acrylic, ink, graphite, watercolor, gouache, etc). Most people tend to commission single pieces, but I also create multi-panel sequences, comics, and mini-animations. I also create fursuits, though I am not currently open for this service as it requires far too much time. Stay tuned for openings.
In general, I complete most artwork within 45 days. I tend to require 50% payment up front, and then the remainder after completion. Payment is normally requested through PayPal. All commission information is answered below in my FAQs.
Overall, I avoid themes and subject matter that could be classified as cruel, illegal, or psychologically damaging. I realize that people define these things differently, so I’ve created a list of themes I will NOT work with:
🚫 Themes I do NOT accept
I am open to most themes and erotic art though I *DO NOT* take on certain subjects. Some I am morally opposed to, and some are just too far outside of my interests for me to create anything decent for you. Sorry. It’s nothing personal or ‘judgy’. But if I can’t get into it, the art is gonna suck and you won’t be happy. Some of the items below are acceptable if contextualized in a greater story. Murder, for example, is horrible but a relevant theme if part of a sincere narrative. Murder or rape as a fetish, for example, is not acceptable.
Examples of topics I will NOT accept:
• Underage. (Under 18 years of age), minor, cub, lolita
• Rape, forced, non-consensual sex
• Incest or necrophilia
• Zoo, bestiality, feral sex
• Gore, extreme violence, torture
• Nazi, MAGA, or anything political
• Vore, weight gain, forced feeding, over weight
• Gross, body-horror, disturbing, dismemberment, murder
• Scat, watersports, vomit, urine, diaper, slimy, messy, dirty, flatulence, bukake
… All of this is also found in my Terms of Service.
You’re the boss.
But hey! I do rugged, dark and serious, too! In fact, that’s what my comics are usually all about. When it comes to commissions, the client is the boss.
I tend to prefer to stay on this side of the hardcore stuff, but I appreciate most kinks. I entertain most ideas, but if you have any doubts, check my “THEMES I DO NOT ACCEPT” list below.

Tier 1 — Simple Sketch
WHAT IS IT?
The Simple PENCIL SKETCH is a rough drawing intended to capture a quick feel for a character and/or situation. The drawing is relaxed and unrefined, and will be gestural in nature (i.e. still showing the build-up and un-erased linework), and is often referred to as the ‘napkin sketch’. These drawings are common in convention sketchbooks and great for economical drawings on a tight budget.

• Digital or Traditional
• Up to 8.5 x 11″ (@ 300 dpi)
• Rough / Quick drawing
• No background
• One to two characters only

CONCEPT DRAWINGS are popular items, commonly referred to as a “hero poses” or “concept art” for its stand-alone, single character, non-background qualities. The artwork will be created in my preferred medium, graphite (pencil) (or the digital equivalent).

Tier 4 — Pencil Rendering
SAMPLES:
WHAT IS IT?
PENCIL RENDERINGS are fully-finished monochromatic pieces that include fully completed backgrounds or environments and may include up to three characters before incurring additional fees. This artwork is different from “Pencil Renderings” in that the illustration is more considered, with a narrative twist, deeper meaning, and detailed environments/situations. In effect, a proper, full, black & white illustration. These pieces are normally completed with graphite, charcoal, ink, or digitally. If you have a preference, please.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
• Single color
• Digital or Traditional
• Up to 11 x 17″ (@300 dpi)
• Refined Illustration
• Full background / environment
• One to two characters only
• Economical
• Upgrades possible
Tier 5: Flat (Simple) Color
WHAT IS IT?
FLATS-ONLY PAINTINGS are a favorite painting style that is common of anime and low-budget cartoons. This artwork is bright, vibrant, and relies completely on contour linework with simple color. This technique discards all photorealism in favor of conveying quick and fun colorful images, which cuts down on the rendering time. This style works well for commissioners seeking rushed orders, or for those looking to bring life to simple ideas like RP sessions, character concepts, or for people on a budget.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
• Flat and simple color (no shading or volumetric color)
• Digital
• Up to 11 x 17″ (@300 dpi)
• Simple drawing
• No background (or extremely minimal)
• One to two characters only
• Upgrades possible
SAMPLES:
Tier 6: Cell-Shaded Color
SAMPLES:
WHAT IS IT?
CELL-SHADED PAINTINGS are treated as a simple ‘concept’ illustration often containing no background or a simple background, it may be painted in your medium of choice though is most often digital. Often called a “hero shot” or “pin-up”, these images contain virtually no narrative component and are merely intended to show off the character.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
• Simple color
• Digital
• Up to 11 x 17″ (@300 dpi)
• Refined / Shaded drawing
• Minimal background
• One to two characters only
• Upgrades possible
Tier 7: Upgraded Color (Digital)
WHAT IS IT?
I am available for UPGRADED COLOR (Digital) if you have a high-brow or narrative piece that you would like created. Common for book covers, novel frontispieces, comic covers, scenes from a role-play session, or merely for showing off your character(s) in heroic/erotic situations. This style of commission is my highest-level commission and is intended for the more serious collector/commissioner. Although Digital is the medium most requested, I also work “traditionally” with oils, acrylics, watercolor, gouache, colored pencil, pastel, etc. Choice of medium may impact price to cover consumed materials. Traditional artwork will also impact time frame.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
• Full Color
• Digital
• Up to 24 x 36″ (@300 dpi)
• Fully painted / rendered
• Full background / environment
• One or two characters only
• Upgrades available

Specialty — Comics & Comic Pages
WHAT IS IT?
COMICS are my passion and my first love. But they take a long time, and a lot of thinking goes into each panel before I even start drawing which is why it’s preferred that the story/script already be written and/or broken down by panel action, even if it’s just a very simple concept. (No actual written script needs to be provided, just the idea). If you wish to include dialogue, it is also best that you prepare this yourself as well. However, I will happily work with you to create these things for you if you would prefer as I do enjoy this as well. For larger projects like full comic work (22 pages), the more organized the client is, the better. Full comics (20+ pages) will be discounted.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
• Pencils Only: $80 per page
• Inks: $125 per page
• Flats/Cell-Shaded: $200 per page
• Fully Painted: $350 per page
• Limit five panels maximum per page
• No minimum page count
• Full comics (20+ pages) discounted 40%

STICKERS FOR TELEGRAM instant messenger/chat-services are a fun and super-personal way to express yourself! Who would want cliché emojis when you could use your own fursona instead? Stickers are priced per sticker using a flat rate. The first sticker is $20 and every sticker (of that same character) is $10 after that. Any requested sticker that requires an additional or guest character will require an additional $5 fee per sticker where that character appears.

• No background
• One character only
• No maximums
• No minimums
• Upgrades possible

Fursona REFERENCE SHEETS are created to illustrate your character from 3 (or more) angles in a traditional turn-around style. (Front, side, and rear). Additional angles can be added for an additional fee. I will ask you to supply details and relevant information about your character prior to beginning. Although it helps to have at least one prior drawing of your character for reference, this is not required. Optional add-ons can include props, additional angles, facial expressions, gender bits, wings, clothing, weapons, vehicles, variant colorings, etc. These add-ons may incur an additional fee if they’re complicated (vehicles, mythical animal familiars, ornate weapons, etc).
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
• Full color
• Digital
• Background as necessary
• One character only
• Standard: Three angles (front, back, side 3-quarter)
• Three Props / items maximum

Specialty — Motion
SAMPLES:
WHAT IS IT?
ANIMATICS are dynamic 2.5D illustrations rather than full-fledged animation. Also referred to as ‘time-based media’ or ‘animatics’, these moving pictures use an existing illustration and add motion and dynamic effects to create an interactive, eye-catching illustration that is no longer static. Even simple motion can add a rich and complex layer of intrigue to your character, offering new depth to their emotion, personality, and attitude! NOTE: I prefer to work from my own illustrations for ethical reasons. I will need written permission from the original artist if you’re submitting someone else’s illustration for consideration.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
• Digital Only
• Flat / Cell-Shaded
• Background as necessary
• One to two characters only
• 5 second run-time minimum
• 120 second run-time maximum

⚡️ Upgrades & Limitations to a Commission
Everything is negotiable. But to avoid incurring additional fees, try to keep your commission within these guidelines:
• Limit two characters on all commissions. Additional characters can absolutely be added, for an additional fee.
• Excessively complicated characters and OCs will incur extra fees as they add lots of time to create. Examples of such things include extra limbs, intricate skin/fur patterns, wings, detailed costuming and/or props (vehicles, weapons, items, etc).
• Please allow at least 30-45 business days for completion. If a commission needs to be “rushed”, this can be accommodated for a 25% fee increase as it pushes all other work backward.
💵 Payment Process
• RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE. My time is valuable, but so is your trust. If you would like to negotiate terms or prices, please do not hesitate to ask.
• I generally ask for 50% payment up-front and 50% upon completion.
• I do not charge or discount based on ‘Bust, Half Body or Full Body’ drawings… The Client decides what they want. If the client does not specify, I will select what works best for the scene.
• I prefer PayPal for payments. My payment address is: krossbreeder [at] hotmail [dot] com
• Once we have spoken about your commission, I will send a PayPal invoice to your preferred email address.
• Upon receipt of your payment, your commission is officially placed in the queue for production. Please allow about 30 days for completion. HOWEVER — I encourage you to reach out as often as you wish to check-in, should you desire to do so!
• DO NOT SEND ‘BLIND’ PAYMENTS. I will not accept your commission or your payment if we have not previously discussed your needs. Sending money with no warning DOES NOT secure any slots. ‘Blind’ payments will be returned MINUS any processing fees subtracted by the payment service.
• All commissions, including agency work and freelance work, are recorded in my Trello workflow for public review. This is where you will see an accurate, day-to-day, real-time list of all work, including the placement of your commission. This is a manual process, but I keep it pretty well oiled. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to ask!
🎀 Upon Completion, you will receive…
• Artwork will be created in pencil, pen, or digital mediums based on time-frame and artist’s schedule.
• You will receive the artwork as a digital file or scan (if relevant) as a high-resolution digital file, 300 dpi, RGB color, PSD, TIF, JPG-HR (high-res), and JPG-LR (low-res) formats.
• You will receive all preliminary and initial sketch work created in the process of making your custom artwork.
• The artwork will not be watermarked.
• In all cases, the commissioner is entitled to claim the original physical drawing (if one was made), though I request an additional ~$10 to cover flat-shipping, etc.
